Shipping Policy

We follow the shipping policy of the brand "Standard Process". Your supplements will be shipped directly from Standard Process. This ensures that your supplements are fresh, have been stored at a proper temperature, and have not been tampered with.

Shipping Terms
When you place an order, it will be shipped to the address you designate as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site. Standard Process ships orders to all U.S. States as well as Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Standard Process will not ship to a freight forwarding address.

Orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate of $12 regardless of size, weight, or distance. Standard shipping is free for orders $100 and greater. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Delivery
Estimated transit time will be provided when you place an order. Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, insufficient delivery information, strikes, refusal of delivery, etc., delivery date is not guaranteed.

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed.  Some therapeutic devices may take up to 4 weeks to deliver.  You will be emailed an estimated delivery date and a tracking number when your item ships.
